Decaffeinated English Breakfast
This is a wonderful tea using flower pekoe leaf from Sri Lanka’s Dimbula region, harvested high up in the mountains. This is high quality black tea with the caffeine removed, but with the depth of flavour left intact
Our Decaffeinated Ceylon tea is processed with CO², one of the most sophisticated processes available today for tea, as this retains its flavour better than others whilst undergoing the natural CO² decaffeination process.
With a balanced astringency and lovely floral notes, it truly makes a wonderful breakfast tea.
Origin: Dimbula, Sri Lanka’s
Brewing: Bring fresh drawn cold water to a boil. Place 1 heap teaspoon of loose tea into a teapot. Pour boiling water. Cover and let it brew for 3-5 minutes according to taste. (the longer the brewing time the stronger the taste).
Add milk and sugar to taste.
