How should I return the products?

At Forty One Tea we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We understand that you might not be entirely satisfied with your purchase or may simply wish to return it, for a refund or to exchange an item for a different size or colour.

Please contact Forty One Tea within 7 days of receipt of the purchase to inform us of the return. This process enhances a prompt credit, exchange or refund upon receipt of the goods.

We strongly recommend you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Forty One Tea The return product must be in its original condition including tags & packaging. As soon as we have received and inspected the item, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product.

Please be aware that post and packaging is not refundable, except where items have been returned because they are faulty or do not otherwise conform to your order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, order/invoice details and reason for return

Which products can be returned?

All teaware products and accessories can be returned. Returned products must be intact, in a perfect state for resale, and in their original packaging. They cannot have been used or to have suffered even minimum deterioration, and must be in a state of perfect cleanliness. Any product which is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packing is deteriorated, will be neither refunded nor exchanged.
